Curriculum
According to Wyoming State Statute 21-4-102(b) “A home-based educational program shall meet the requirements of a basic academic educational program pursuant to WS 21-4-101(a)(vi). It shall be the responsibility of every person administering a home-based educational program to submit a curriculum to the local board of trustees each year showing that the program complies with the requirements of this subsection. Failure to submit a curriculum showing compliance is prima facie evidence that the home-based educational program does not meet the requirements of this article.”

WDE STANDARDS
The Wyoming Content and Performance Standards serve several purposes. They articulate a set of expectations for what students should know and be able to do, enabling them to be prepared for college and career success; to live a life that contributes to the global community. These expectations are communicated to students, parents, educators, and all other Wyoming stakeholders, and provide a common understanding among educators as to what students should learn at particular grades.

I believe that we are a driving factor in the future of children and it is our ethical duty to assure that students learn to high levels. It is crucial that staff, parents, students and administration come together and create a system to promote achievement at high levels for ALL kids. Working together we will make a difference for the kids in Goshen County.
